Software Team Lead
Are you ready to embark on a dynamic journey in the world of software?
We are looking for a skilled and eager Team Lead to join our versatile and international Scrum team. This team is responsible for the development of software ranging from firmware for EV-chargers and LED lighting to a cloud-based portal and an app for our charger installers.
The team follows agile development methodologies. Our tech stack is pretty diverse and includes:
Backend: MongoDB + NET APIs + NodeJS-Typescript & MySQL + Laravel
Frontend: Angular & VueJs
Firmware: Embedded Linux – NodeJs + Typescript & Baremetal MCU’s: C++
Your role
The Lead Software Developer in our software team is a pivotal role responsible for co-developing and designing software solutions, providing expert guidance and mentorship to team members, and ensuring a holistic view of our software projects. This role also encompasses DevOps responsibilities to streamline deployment and operations. The Tech Lead plays a crucial part in driving innovation and maintaining the quality and efficiency of our software development processes.

Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead in an Agile environment or similar role
- At least 5 years of experience in software development
- Experience managing software products through the different stages of their lifecycle
- Understand and navigate company processes effectively
- Act as a unifying force within the team and demonstrate strong people management skills
- Capable of setting and managing priorities efficiently
- Appreciate facilitating clear communication between departments
- Proactive, hands-on and you embrace change.
