Technical Product Owner
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner with a strong background in software engineering, to shape and drive the development of our software products while maintaining hands-on involvement in the codebase.
You have a proven track record (5+ years) as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role within software development. With a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and technical concepts, you know how to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. You're comfortable collaborating across functions, managing competing priorities, and turning strategic ideas into clear, actionable work.
We’re looking for someone who brings confidence, clarity, and leadership — someone who can guide teams through ambiguity, navigate complexity, and ensure that what gets built is valuable, usable, and feasible.
Responsibilities
- Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with business goals, user needs and engineering feasibility.
- Create and maintain a well-structured product backlog, clearly expressing features, technical improvements, and bug fixes with actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer feedback, and technical input.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders), engage in technical discussions and review technical solutions, to ensure delivery of high-quality, impactful features.
- Act as the voice of the customer, collecting and synthesizing feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), providing ongoing direction and clarity.
- Continuously evaluate trade-offs and product performance using data, analytics, and user feedback — adjusting direction when needed and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Who are you?

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in software development.

Strong hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, with a solid understanding of software development practices and coding expertise in .NET (C#), Angular/Vue/JS and C++.

Strong technical background and fluency in Agile practices, SDLC, and product delivery workflows.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, ability to explain technical concept to non-technical stakeholders — able to influence across all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt quickly to change.

Experience using tools like Jira and Confluence for backlog management and cross-team collaboration.
